About me
I work clinically with adults (18+) presenting with trauma based symptoms.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate and patient. I want to make sure your session with me is a calm and safe space.
I take a collaborative approach, combining your expertise about your life experiences with my expertise of psychological theory. Together we can work to understand and process what has happened to you.
Therapy sessions will offer you a space to reflect on past and present experiences. I can help you learn coping strategies to improve your psychological wellbeing.
I have a special interest in working with mothers who have experienced birth trauma but can support any gender, sexuality, age or background, I aim to be inclusive and person centred in my work.

I can treat single event trauma (e.g. birth, medical procedure, accident, road traffic accident). I can also support people with complex trauma who have experienced multiple distressing events during their lifetime. If you are unsure please get in touch to see if we would be a good fit.
I have been working in mental health services for over 13 years and I have been qualified as Clinical Psychologist for 7 years. I have a first class degree in Psychology from the University of Reading and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway University of London.
