Self-funding payments are payable in advance via bank transfer at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Therapy appointments take place at a regular time and day each week. This is to ensure regular attendance, which is important to make the most of therapy. I will hold this space in my diary for you each week.

If for any reason you are unable to attend a planned appointment, I ask you to please contact me by email to let me know as soon as possible. I ask for at least 48 hours notice prior to the session.

Missed appointments are chargeable if no notice of cancellation is given by 48 hours prior to the session. Further details will be available in the therapy contract.
